Taryn Mohrman is a brand + content strategist who specializes in omni-channel marketing campaigns and brand voice and messaging development. She has worked in the parenting, pet, home, tech, fashion, beauty, and gifts industries and has nearly 20 years of experience producing content for major consumer retailers, brands and media outlets. In her last role, Taryn was VP of brand and marketing at Pet Life Unlimited, an emerging pet brand sold at major and speciality retailers nationwide. Taryn also served as the Copy + Editorial Director at buybuy BABY, where she developed the brand voice, spearheaded omni-channel creative marketing campaigns, and oversaw copy and content execution across the site, email, store graphics, catalogs, and social media channels. She held a similar role at Framebridge, a custom framing company.

Prior to retail Taryn spent over a decade creating print and digital content for major consumer magazines. She served as the Lifestyle Director at the Hearst Lifestyle Group, where she led an editorial team at Good Housekeeping, Woman’s Day, and Redbook. Taryn also held a number of positions during her tenure at Parents magazine, last of which was Lifestyle Editor.

She is a New York Times published author and has contributed to Wirecutter along with Buy Side from The Wall Street Journal. Taryn has appeared as a lifestyle expert in TV segments for The Today Show, Good Morning America, The Meredith Vieira Show, Megyn Kelly Today, and Katie, among other local television and radio shows. Additionally, she’s produced and hosted video series for Woman’s Day, Parents and Wirecutter and their respective social channels.

Taryn graduated from New York University with a bachelor of arts degree in Journalism and Mass Communication.
